Botanical description- lemmongrass is a perennial grass growing to height of 5-7 ft.,it leaves gkabrous,lemon cented and linear or bluish green in coclour. Lemon grass oil is obtained form its leaves.
Health benefits of lemongrass-
1) It is nervetonic so it is calm the nerves,diuetic, sedative and increase perspiration.
2) It is used in malarial fever
3) Externally oil applied-improve skin complexion.
4) Lemongrass used to improve digestion, relieves nausea, headaches, menstruation problems.
