These things mix to form three types of energy in our bodies called doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

The Three Doshas:

Vata: This is an equilibrium of space and air. It promotes movement and creativity. When everything is in balance, we feel energized and happy. However, too much Vata can cause anxiety and digestive issues.



Pitta: This is composed of fire and water. It enhances digestion and memory. When Pitta is balanced, we are intelligent and brave. However, too much might make us angry or cause heartburn.

Kapha: This dosha consists mainly of water and soil. It strengthens and stabilizes us. When everything is in balance, we are kind and strong. However, too much Kapha can lead to laziness and weight gain.

Understanding Your Body:



According to Ayurveda, every individual is born with a unique combination of doshas. This is known as our "Prakriti." Knowing our prakriti helps us learn how to be healthy. Ayurveda also discusses "vikriti," which is when our doshas become out of balance. Understanding our prakriti and vikriti allows us to make healthier choices.

1.Daily Routines (Dinacharya): If we want to maintain our good health, Ayurveda advises us to commit to a daily schedule. This includes waking up early, brushing our teeth, eating at regular times, and going to bed early.

2. Eating Right: Ayurvedic foods are fresh and natural. We should eat a mix of sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent tastes to keep our doshas balanced.

3.Herbal Remedies: Ayurveda uses herbs and natural treatments to help us feel better. Things like massages and herbal teas can make us feel good inside and out.
