Drink 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water after taking it for better digestion. Take it once or twice a day, preferably after meals. Avoid self-medication or taking Brahmi Ghrita in excess.

1. Epilepsy -
Brahmi Ghrita helps manage the symptoms of epilepsy. In Ayurveda, epilepsy is termed Apasmara. Epileptic patients experience episodes of seizures. A seizure is due to abnormal electrical activity in the brain leading to uncontrollable and rapid body movements. Epilepsy involves all three doshas, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
